The second of the Order of Cosmic Champions™ line of action figures, the character of Mechani-Ghoul® is the creation of Tommy Grant as read in the novel "Tommy and the Order of Cosmic Champions".
In the OOCC universe, Mechani-Ghoul serves Skullagar and can be imbued with Skullagar's sorcery to act as Skullagar himself. He is a robotic being... completely non-organic.

Because Skullagar often realizes he must oversee the tasks he entrusts to his minions, his ability to carry out multiple operations is severly hampered. To help with this, Skullagar ordered EyeSpy to use his stored scientific data to create a "vessel" in which Skullagar could place his "essence". The result was Mechani-Ghoul.
While Mechani-Ghoul does have advanced artificial intellegence that allows him to function autonomously, his main purpose is to act as Skullagar's eyes, ears, and fists when Skullagar himself cannot be present. Skullagar uses Myragran manipulation to bond with Mechani-Ghoul, allowing him to act through the robotic host. Mechani-Ghoul can even make use of Skullagar's Myragran manipulation, making him a monstrous mixture of science and sorcery.
